Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before starting your Schengen visa application.

What counts as an other short-stay purpose?

Legitimate short visits, such as court hearings, internships under 90 days, or volunteer work, which don't fit standard categories.

Can you decide my visa purpose for me?

No, we map your travel itinerary to the most appropriate category according to Schengen rules, but the final decision is yours.

Which Schengen country should I apply through?

You must apply to the embassy or consulate of the country that is your sole destination, your main destination (where you will spend the most nights), or your first point of entry if you are spending an equal number of nights in multiple countries.

Which Schengen visa purposes do you support?

We support all short-stay (Type C) and transit purposes, including tourism, business, family/friend visits, short study/training, medical reasons, cultural/sports events, official visits, and airport transit.

Do you handle Schengen work permits?

No. We strictly do not handle work permits, employment visas, job-seeker visas, residence permits, or long-stay national (Type D) visas. Our services are focused exclusively on short-stay and transit files.

Do you guarantee Schengen visa approval?

No agency can guarantee approval. The sovereign decision to grant a visa rests solely with the embassy or consulate of the destination country. Our role is to ensure your documentation is accurate, complete, and fully aligned to minimize avoidable errors or delays.

What are your professional consulting and file preparation service charges?

We charge a transparent, flat professional service charge of ₹3,000 per applicant. This includes complete document checklist review, consular-grade cover letter drafting, day-by-day travel itinerary grid formulation, financial statement audit, and VFS submission appointment guidance. Sovereign embassy visa fees (€90) and official VFS application centre biometric charges are separate statutory fees payable directly during submission.

What is the standard Schengen visa fee?

The standard EU visa fee is EUR 90 for adults and EUR 45 for children aged 6 to under 12. Children under 6 are exempt from the visa fee. Note that external service providers (official visa application centres) charge separate administrative and service fees.

How long does Schengen visa processing take?

The official processing time is generally 15 calendar days from the date the application is received by the consulate. However, this can be extended up to 45 calendar days if further scrutiny or documentation is required, especially during peak seasons.

Is travel medical insurance mandatory?

Yes, travel medical insurance is strictly mandatory for all Schengen visa applicants. It must have a minimum coverage of EUR 30,000, cover all member states of the Schengen Area, and remain valid for the entire duration of your stay.
